Emergency disable

Use Automation → Emergency disable inside the embedded app to stop Upsell Pilot storefront treatments. Shopify theme app blocks can also be disabled from the theme editor.

Billing

Plan selection and charges are hosted by Shopify. Include the plan name and approximate event time, but do not send payment details.

Security or privacy

Put “Security” or “Privacy” at the start of the issue description for expedited routing. Shopify mandatory privacy requests are processed through signed webhooks.
