Terms of service
These terms govern a merchant's use of Upsell Pilot. Shopify's platform terms, App Store billing, and the merchant's Shopify agreement continue to apply.
Service
Upsell Pilot analyses authorised Shopify data, proposes tactics, and supports controlled, reversible experiments. Results are estimates with uncertainty, not guarantees of revenue or profit.
Merchant control
The merchant remains responsible for products, prices, discounts, inventory, legal claims, theme placement, approvals, and business decisions. Autopilot is optional and may be disabled at any time.
Billing
Plans, trials, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, proration, and charges are administered through Shopify App Pricing. Server-side entitlements govern usage.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, evade plan limits, introduce unlawful or discriminatory targeting, probe other tenants, submit malicious payloads, or use the app to make deceptive customer claims.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, Shopify changes, provider incidents, and safety stops can affect availability. Material service or term changes will be communicated through reasonable channels.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Upsell Pilot is supplied without a promise of a particular commercial outcome. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Contact Fleeta Limited at vytautas@fleeta.co.uk.
